Samsung has officially rolled out its two new smartphones that are based on Google’s Android operating system. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy 5 I5500 as well as Samsung Galaxy 3. It should be mentioned that both mobile devices are enabled with the TouchWiz 3.0 UI of Samsung. Moreover, they are supportive to A-GPS as well as come with 170MB of internal storage.
The Galaxy 5 is equipped with a 2.8-inch QVGA display. It can be regarded as the smallest Android based mobile device available in the market. Moreover, the cell phone is supportive to dual-band 3G. The Galaxy 5 features a 2 MP camera that is complete with LED Flash. The handset is enabled with Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR as well as Wi-Fi. As for the Galaxy 3, it is equipped with a 3.2-inch WQVGA display. The handset is available with a 3 MP camera that comes with autofocus. Moreover, the mobile device sports Bluetooth 3.0 as well as Wi-Fi.
The Samsung Galaxy 3 I5800 will hit the market in July 2010. The handset will arrive in Asia and Europe. As for the Samsung Galaxy 5 I5500, it will be available in Europe, Australia, Latin America, SEA, SWA, EMEA and China in July 2010. As for pricing details, they are not yet revealed.
